All disposals of contaminated materials must be in compliance with the Federal, State and Local laws and is the responsibility of the generator.

In no event shall Plass Appliances & Furniture, Inc., or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages of any nature including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, production, or use, business interruption, or procurement of substitute goods or services arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of any Plass product, whether based on contract or tort, including negligence, or any other legal theory, even if Plass Appliances & Furniture, Inc., or its affiliates has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some states and jurisdictions do not allow for the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.
