We are not required to collect sales tax on deliveries throughout the US, except Illinois and Florida, where our businesses are located.  International orders are not subject to sales tax.

Delivery

 Free Regular Ground Shipping on All Appliance purchases $999 and up 

1. Standard Tailgate Delivery. When you order Appliances online at PlassAppliance.com, all orders over $999 will be delivered free nationwide certain locations excluded, please ask sales associate to see if your location qualifies for free delivery. All orders under $999 will be delivered for $99 or less. When your purchase is ready to ship you will be contacted to schedule an appointment. Someone will need to be present to inspect and sign for the delivery. Please call or email our sales department for additional information at info@PlassAppliance.com 

2. We recommend our Inside delivery option. Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the garage or covered area of your choice. Inside Delivery does not include unpacking or placement inside your home. Some carriers have restrictions on insuring fragile goods, fine arts, antiques, and electronics. Our Inside Delivery keeps you COMPLETELY PROTECTED for all damages that may occur during shipping.  Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up.  

3. Pickups of merchandise are available 7 days a week at any of our 9 showrooms located throught the Chicago Metropolitan area*. After item is purchased please contact a sales associate to arrange this. Directions to our showrooms are located on our home page. 

*larger items may require pickup at our Addison/Bloomingdale distribution warehouse. 

4. UPS or Fed Ex - For most of our smaller items such as air conditioners (Under 12,000 BTUs), microwaves, and range hoods there are four options please see below.

1. Ground: You should receive this within 1-7 business days after it leaves the warehouse. This is only available within the continental US.

2. Next Day Air Saver: Your package will be delivered by 3:00 p.m. the following business day after we shipped your order. Please call our sales team to get a quote.

3. Next Day Air: Your package will be delivered by 12:00 p.m. the following business day after we shipped your order. Please call our sales team to get a quote.

4. 2nd Day Air: Your package will be delivered two-days after we shipped your order. Please call our sales team to get a quote

Express Deliveries are given top priority throughout all phases of the order and delivery process.
