YOUR DEPOSIT IS CONSIDERED EARNEST MONEY AND THEREFORE NOT REFUNDABLE ON ALL SALE ITEMS, SPECIAL ORDERS, FLOOR SAMPLES, CLOSE OUTS, AND “AS IS” MERCHANDISE.

Floor samples are sold “as is” with manufacturers operating warranty. No exchanges or refunds. Special order products requires a 50% down payment. Special orders may not be cancelled. Deposits on special orders will not be refunded. A restocking fee will be applied to any merchandise that is returned.
All sales are subject to final approval by management. Prices shown on any quotes are valid for 45 days of date on quote.
Terms on established credits accounts: Net on presentation. Balances unpaid after 30 days from date of invoice are subject to a service charge of 1-1/2% per month, or maximum allowed by law, if different, together with expenses incidental to collection, including specifically set forth reasonable attorney’s fees of twenty (20%) percent of the unpaid balance.
Buyer-Recipient or its Agents understands that seller retains a security interest in all merchandise described herein, until Seller has been paid original balance plus any finance charges accruing from date of delivery.
